HUB

HUB is a constitutional protocol for coherence.

It defines the conditions under which patterns may be observed
without extraction, coercion, prediction, or optimization.

HUB does not produce outcomes.
It constrains processes.

HUB exists to preserve human, organizational, and systemic sovereignty
in environments where measurement, interpretation, and control
have become habitual.

HUB is a protocol.

It establishes:

• ethical boundaries
   
• observational constraints
   
• limits on interpretation
   
• protections against misuse
   

HUB governs how observation may occur,
not what conclusions must be drawn.

HUB precedes tools, methods, products, and services.

HUB is a protocol.

Fields are contexts in which the protocol is applied without modification.

The protocol remains invariant.

The field defines what is being observed - not how meaning is produced.

HUB is not:

• a survey
   
• a diagnostic
   
• a performance tool
   
• a coaching framework
   
• a monitoring system
   
• an optimization engine
   

HUB does not rank, score, profile, or predict individuals.

HUB does not recommend actions.

Observation must never violate sovereignty.

Patterns may be revealed only when:

• individuals remain indistinguishable
   
• participation is voluntary
   
• interpretation is deferred
   
• action is not compelled
   

Anything that violates these conditions is outside HUB.

This repository contains the canonical definition of the HUB Protocol.

“Canonical” means:

• this is the authoritative source of truth
   
• all downstream implementations must conform to what is defined here
   
• nothing here is executable software
   
• nothing here is a product specification
   

This repository exists to preserve:

• lineage
   
• logic
   
• constraints
   
• ethical limits

Independent implementations may emerge from the HUB Protocol
(e.g. individual reflection, family pattern literacy, organizational observation).

These implementations:

• are not part of the protocol itself
   
• are non-canonical
   
• remain revisable
   
• must comply with HUB’s laws and ethics
   

No implementation may redefine the protocol.

HUB is stewarded, not owned.

It may refuse application where:

• extraction is intended
   
• coercion is implicit
   
• outcomes are pre-defined
   
• sovereignty is compromised
   

HUB is private and in development.

Its purpose is preservation, not adoption.
